At FLOSSD, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges 


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as FLOSSD is not responsible for lost return parcels.
